<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition instructing system and device, a computer program, and a recording medium for limiting a patient to reading from the nutrition instructing device based on the permission of a doctor. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a patient terminal 40 which transmits menu information to a server 10, a nutritionist terminal 30 which performs access to menu information managed by the server 10, and transmits nutrition consumption based on the menu information and nutrition instructions based on the nutrition consumption to the server 10, and a doctor terminal 20 which transmits access permission to the nutrition instruction for the patient terminal 40 to the server 10.
