PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for a jet propulsion boat with its structure simplified by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This cooling system 40 of the jet propulsion boat is provided with a jet propeller 20 at the rear part of a boat body 11. In this system, the jet propeller 20 is driven by an engine 15 to inject injection water for propulsion, and a part of the injection water is made to flow through a passage 60 for cooling the engine as cooling water so as to cool the engine 15. In the cooling system 40 of the jet propulsion boat, the passage 60 for cooling the engine has a constant opening passage 93 with constant cross section, and is equipped with a flow control valve for opening a valve body 91 when a primary pressure exceeds a predetermined value P and changing an opening of the opened valve body 91 according to the primary pressure.
