PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively scrape slime accumulated or left on bottom surfaces of respective diameter-extended portions in a pile hole without deforming the diameter-extended portions, the pile hole having the diameter-extended portions in multiple stages not only at a bottom portion but also at intermediate portions. SOLUTION: Primary slime is accumulated or left on the bottom surface of the intermediate diameter-extended portion in the pile hole. Herein, a diameter-extending bucket 16 which is a bucket for use in diameter-extensive excavation is employed in excavating the diameter-extended portion, and a sweeper 30 is attached to the diameter-extending bucket 16. As a result, excavating bits 16A are covered with the sweeper 30, and therefore only the slime accumulated on the bottom surface of the diameter-extended portion can be scraped off by the sweeper 30.
