<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an account automatically and efficiently in a cash-less system by making a reception processing into a paperless system and enabling a user to leave a rental car and adjust the account at an arbitrary spot. <P>SOLUTION: A business store terminal or a user portable terminal is provided with an input means, an image input means, and a communicating means with a head office server, and the license of the user is read by the image input means, and the image data and use information inputted from the input means are transmitted to the head office server. The head office server character- recognizes the image data for acceptance processing, and prepares an acceptance ship, and converts the acceptance slip into a two-dimensional code, and transmits information including the two-dimensional code to the portable terminal of the user.
