<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the information and coupon tickets of the other stores and facilities in a peripheral region without imposing any labor on a user terminal side with a simple system configuration only by a single server by integrating a store wireless by using an already existing network. <P>SOLUTION: A regional store 1 provides regional information. A service management center 2 receives the information from the regional store 1, and prepares contents, and receives an advertisement fee.
