<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display panel member capable of inspecting display without using an external inspection signal outputting device and also capable of reducing dimensions of a liquid crystal panel, the manufacturing method of a picture display panel, the picture display panel and a picture display device. <P>SOLUTION: In a picture display panel member having a glass substrate 11, a plurality of gate wirings 12, a plurality of source wirings 13, a plurality of electrodes for driving pixels each of which is connected to the gate wiring 12 and the source wiring 13, scanning-side driving signal wirings 21a, b and picture-side driving signal wirings 22a to 22c, this picture display panel member is provided at least with either a scanning-side switching element 23a connecting the gate wiring 12 and the scanning-side driving signal wirings 21a, b and a connection wiring 28a or a picture-side switching element 23b connecting the source wiring 13 and the picture-side driving signal wirings 22a to 22c and a connection wiring 28b and in this display panel member, a scanning- side driving signal or a gate inspecting signal is supplied to the scanning-side driving wirings and a picture-side driving signal or a source inspecting signal is supplied to the picture-side driving wirings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
