PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling communications between bulk communication control devices for performing bulk communications by bundling only channels which can be connected within a prescribed time. SOLUTION: In the bulk communication control method for carrying out bulk communications between confronted bulk communication control devices 1A and 1B by bundling a plurality of channels, a time required for the connection completion (S21) of a B channel after a time point (S1) when there is a connection request from a data terminal device 3A is set as a B channel connection allowance time (call setting waiting time) and a time required for bulk procedures is set as a bulk procedure allowance time (delay correction data receiving waiting time and training data receiving waiting time). Then, a B channel connection time is monitored (S401), the set bulk procedure allowance time is changed, the bulk procedures are carried out by using only the B channel connected within the B channel connection allowance time (S24-S32) and the bulk connection is performed except for the B channel in which the bulk procedures are not made successful within the changed bulk procedure allowance time.
