PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively calculate a value serving as an index for the finish of retrieval, and to exhibit it to a user to prevent useless retrieval from being repeated, in compatibility feedback. SOLUTION: An evaluation content evaluated by the user is read in, a retrieved result before re-retrieval is stored, the re-retrieval is conducted by the compatibility feedback, a retrieved result after the re-retrieval is stored, the retrieved result in the re-retrieval is output, the retrieved results before and after the re-retrieval are compared each other to calculate a finish determining index serving as the index for determining the finish of the retrieval, and the finish determining index is output.
