PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, a controller for the imaging apparatus, and a control method for the imaging apparatus, which are applied to e.g. a supervisory apparatus so as to perform panning and tilting at a remarkably higher speed than that of a conventional apparatus.
