PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet for a rotary plug with a function enabling even a frail user to pull off the rotary plug easily with a small force. SOLUTION: With a principle of levers and characteristics of the rotary plug utilized, a device is added which moves one end (a top part) of the rotary plug downward and the other end (a blade part) upward with a fulcrum set at the outlet part.
