PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded cable capable of sufficiently coping with the latest electronic and electric apparatuses to be newly loaded in an automobile, whereof shielding performance can be maintained, terminal processing is easy, and buckling and rupture can be effectively prevented even if the outer diameter of a signal wire is slenderized. SOLUTION: This flat shielded cable 11 is structured by disposing a plurality of insulation coated signal wires 12 side by side, coating the periphery of the insulation coated signal wires 12 with a shielding tape 14 fitted with an impedance adjusting interposed tape having a shielding layer 14a so that the shielding layer 14a is positioned outside, disposing a drain wire 13 side by side with either one side of the rows of the plurality of insulation coated signal wires 12 so that the drain wire 13 is brought into contact with the shielding layer 14a of the shielding tape 14 from the outside, and covering the periphery of the whole of them with an insulation sheath 15.
