<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the reliability of an approval mark to be applied to a distributor who receives the approval of the use of a piece of music. <P>SOLUTION: A music distributor who receives the approval of the use of a piece of music from a copyright management group performs access to a management server 30 to download an approval mark.
