<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time service content processing system including a clock which outputs desired contents at a predetermined time and its processing method, a time service content processor and its method, and the clock and its method. <P>SOLUTION: A content server 2 is provided with a communication I/F, an external storage portion for storing contents for time service, and a CPU which causes the external storage portion to store the contents for time service when the storage portion receives the contents, and performs processing in accordance with a transmission request for contents for time service. The clock 4 is provided with a clocking portion, a communication I/F, a preserving memory which stores the contents for time service, and time of time service, an output portion which displays time and outputs the contents for time service, and a CPU which causes them to make a request for transmitting contents for time service, and to output the contents for time service, if the preserving memory does not have the contents for time service at time service time.
