PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect programs which differ in reproduction speed together in one.

SOLUTION: The mean value of tempo information of audio programs inputted to be connected together in one is calculated and tempo information of each audio program is converted into the mean value; and section positions for sectioning each inputted audio program into phrases are generated and according to the section positions of the respective audio programs, a plurality of the audio programs having tempo information converted into the mean value are put together into one audio program.
