<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of the occurrence of a fault or the like in a service providing part when it is judged that the fault or the like occurs in the service providing part for providing various services. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a monitor part 1000 for monitoring the operating state of a service providing server 600 and a service control part 610 for reporting the operating state of the service providing server 600 on the basis of an instruction from the monitor part 1000.
