PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine moving mechanism which can increase the fitting size precision of a suspension and have an increased stroke. SOLUTION: The fine moving mechanism which is provided to a disk device and finely moves a head which performs recording and reproducing a disk has a base which is fixed to the suspension supporting an arm swinging around an axis of rotation and the head and connects the suspension to the arm and a driving part which is provided on the base and deforms the base.
