PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant fiber-reinforced polymer composition which has excellent mechanical strengths such as excellent impact strength and rigidity and excellent extrusion stability. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant fiber-reinforced polymer composition comprises (A) a polymer, (B) an inorganic compound having an average particle diameter of 1 to 1,000 nm, and (C) fibers each having an average fiber diameter of 0.01 to 1,000 μm and an aspect ratio (length/diameter) of 2 to 10,000.
