PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancing weight which can avoid the mixing of heterogeneous machines in the state in which a rotor is attached to a motor. SOLUTION: A cut 110 for weight adjustment is made at the flank of a balancing weight 100 which comes to the peripheral side of a rotor 24 in condition that the balancing weight 100 is caulked to the end face of the rotor 24 of the motor by rivets 104. This motor is provided in the sealed container of a rotary compressor which has a rotary compression element equipped with an eccentric part made in a rotary shaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
