PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which is less prone to be harmfully influenced by poor junction between a permanent magnet and a supporting member therefor, and motor components which allow the formation of the motor. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 has a yoke 2, permanent magnets 3, and a rotating shaft 4. The permanent magnets 3 comprise a magnet body 31 and a metallic layer 32 formed on at least part of the surface thereof. The yoke 2 and the metallic layers 32 are metallically bonded together, and thereby the permanent magnets 3 are supported and secured on the yoke 2. The metallic bond is formed by brazing or welding. The metallic layer 32 is preferably constituted of a material containing Ni. The yoke 2 is preferably constituted of stainless steel or a material mainly containing Al. The average thickness of the metallic layer 32 is preferably between 1 to 50μm inclusive. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
