PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a camera module capable of suppressing distortion and enhancing resolution and sensitivity of a photographed image. SOLUTION: In the mobile phone with the camera module where an image display section 5 and an operation key part 3 can be folded while facing with each other, the camera module 1 is fitted to a case 2, the imaging direction by the camera module 1 is selected in a direction from the center of folding toward the outside, and an angle formed between a case 6 for covering the image display section 5 and the case 2 for covering the operation key part 3 is formed to the 270-degrees or over and the cases 6 and 2 are configured to turn at the angle.
