PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate the only message which should be presented for the operator in time of trouble. SOLUTION: Each message generated by a series of faults caused by one fault is associated as a message belonging to one group and a representing message corresponding to the group is defined. Also, information indicating that which group each message belongs to is retained. When receiving one message, it is judged which group the message belongs to. Then, it is judged whether or not the received message is received within a valid period from the receiving time of each of other messages belonging to the group same as the received message.
