PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix hinges to an upper plate of a heating chamber and a front plate of the heating chamber without any addition of a small screw. SOLUTION: An upper hinge 24 is inserted in a hole 25 provided in the upper side of the front of the front plate 19 of the heating chamber, one side is fixed by fastening a small screw 27 to the upper hinge 24 from an upper flange 26 side of the front plate 19 of the heating chamber, and on the other side, the upper hinge 24 is fixed to the upper plate 20 of the heating chamber with a small screw 28, whereby the small screw 27 is fastened to the upper hinge 24 with strong torque to strongly fit the upper hinge 24 and the front plate 19 of the heating chamber to each other. Thus, the upper hinge 24 is fixed without any addition of a small screw so as to shorten the assembling time and improve work efficiency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
