A combustion engine has a case with cylinder fixed in it, with piston installed in it, with pin, mechanism for transformation of reciprocal motion of the piston to rotary motion of the shaft with the axis normal to the axis of the cylinder and comprising of two distribution fly-wheels with channels on the side surface as an oval, a three or a four-ray star. According to the invention inside the case bosses are provided, those are placed at the smallest distance directly from the axis of the shaft, between those a cylinder is pressed with cuts in the walls for the fly-wheels; at that the piston is made cast as one piece, with one boss going out of the body of the piston, and with one opening for the pin with two bearings on the ends, it is combined directly with the mechanism of transformation of reciprocal motion; the channels on the side surfaces of the fly-wheels in the part with the smallest separation from the axis of the shaft have openings for the oil, and the part of the channels that are most separated from the axis of the shaft have the shape of a trough.
