<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module and a solar battery unit which can be easily assembled to a frame with higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An marginal region 21a where a silicon resin 26 is not coated is provided at the external circumference of a tempered white glass 21. Therefore, the longitudinal and transversal lengths and thickness of the external circumference of the glass 21 are set to the specified sizes of the tempered white glass 21 and fluctuation of such sizes is extremely small. Accordingly, a buffering material 27 and a frame 28 which are previously aligned to the specified sizes of the tempered white glass 21 can be assembled easily to each side of the tempered white glass 21 with higher accuracy.
