PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and light zoom lens capable of correcting camera shake. SOLUTION: The zoom lens is constituted of five groups arranged in order from an object side to an image surface side, having positive, negative, positive, negative and positive refractive power, and performing variable power by the second lens group 12 and performing focusing by the fifth lens group 15. At the time of correcting the camera shake, the third lens group 13 is moved in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis. When it is assumed that the power of the object side lens of the doublet of the first lens group 11 isϕ<SB>11</SB>, the power of the image surface side lens thereof isϕ<SB>12</SB>, the Abbe number of the object side lens isν<SB>d11</SB>and the Abbe number of the image surface side lens isν<SB>d12</SB>, the zoom lens satisfies a following (number 74) conditional expression.
