摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel electrolyte forming composition that can be crosslinked by heating or energy beam irradiation such as ultraviolet rays and electron beams, has a high electrolyte retention rate and high ion electrical conductance, and forms a gel-like electrolyte having proper high-temperature durability, and to provide the gel-like electrolyte where the gel electrolyte forming composition is crosslinked. SOLUTION: In the gel electrolyte forming composition, a monovinyl monomer and a polyvinyl monomer are contained as a polymerization constituent, the monovinyl monomer contains at least 10 mol% mono(meth)acrylate containing a hydrophilic group, the polyvinyl monomer contains multifunction(meth) acrylate as a main constituent, and the maximum electrolyte content after polymerization is equal to at least eight times heavier than the weight of a polymer.
