PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise the operating mode to provide indoor comfortability and a low running cost in a cogeneration system 11 in which a cogeneration apparatus 10 to which fuel is supplied to output power and heat, a humidity conditioner 20 and a hot water supply device 40 are combined. SOLUTION: In starting the system, heat output by the cogeneration apparatus 10 is supplied with priority to the air conditioner 20 until the system becomes stable. After the system is stabilized, surplus heat not required by the air conditioner 20 is supplied to the hot water supply device 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
