PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow stopping and snow melting structure easily installable on a new external facing material (a roof) and an existing external facing material (a roof). SOLUTION: This snow stopping and snow melting structure forms a snow stopping and snow melting tool E on a roof by integrally forming a heat conductive material composed of a plate-like good heat conductive member, and a snow melting member composed of a heating material for generating heat.
