PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage limit condition data by exchanging electronic mails regardless of the kind of terminals in a transmission destination even when a plurality of kinds of terminals such as personal computers and portable telephones of respective companies are mixed. SOLUTION: A register means 102 registers user information containing a mediation address and a terminal address of a transfer destination and the editing condition information of electronic mail related with the domain information of the terminal address in a storage part 13 and an editing condition extracting means 104 extracts the terminal address of the transfer destination corresponding to the mediation address of the electronic mail received by a receiving means 101 on the basis of this mediation address and the user information registered by the register means 102 and extracts editing condition information by using the domain information of this terminal address of the transfer destination.
