PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which leads out water, dust, and the like out of an air filter housing in a simple form. SOLUTION: A connecting duct 11 is disposed between the air filter housing 5 and a blower frame 3 of an air blower impeller 4, and the connecting duct 11 is connected to a water storage space 7 of the air filter housing 5 on its one side and to a space 3a surrounded by the blower frame 3 on the other side.
