PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil inserter which can improve the durability by preventing the deformation of a blade even if coils are inserted in high density into the slots of a stator core. SOLUTION: This coil inserter is equipped with a plurality of blades which are arranged corresponding to the inner teeth 25 of the stator core 20 so as to guide coils C wound in advance into the slots 26 of the stator core 20, and a stripper 50 which pushes the coils pulled and hooked among these blades into the corresponding slots of the stator core. As the above blade, this coil inserter has a fixed blade 30 which is arranged inside the loop of the coil C and a mobile blade 40 which shifts in a body with the stripper 50, being arranged outside the loop of the coil C. Then, the mobile blade 40 is thicker in the direction of inside diameter of the stator core 20 than the fixed blade 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
