PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a print control method by which high productivity can be obtained in a combination machine in which a plurality of printing jobs is generated. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises a plurality of applications that generate image information, an imaging means that forms an image based on the image information and an image information management means that is commonly used by a plurality of the applications and that performs interface between the applications and the imaging means regarding the image information.
