PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective automatic preset operations, capable of automatic presetting of a desired reception mode by a simple operation and preventing from storing overlapped frequency of the same broadcasting station. SOLUTION: A first to third memory groups are subjected to setting or a releasing operation of a reception mode to identify between a FM broadcast signal and a FM multiplex broadcast signal obtained by superposing various digital data onto the FM broadcast signal, so that the memory groups simultaneously and automatically store the frequencies of the broadcasting stations, capable of being received in response to the setting of the reception mode by once pressing an operation button.
