PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic damper control device which needs no external power source and applies a desired damping force to an electromagnetic damper. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic damper control device for the electromagnetic damper in which a first member to which a magnet is mounted and a second member to which a solenoid is mounted are relatively rotatably combined, and an electromagnetic force induced by the solenoid by the relative rotary motion of the first member and the second member is used as a motion damping force, a current limit element operated by a voltage generated at the solenoid by the relative rotary motion of the first member and the second member is provided, and the current limit element controls an electric current flowing through the solenoid based on the voltage generated at the solenoid so as to control the damping force of the electromagnetic damper.
