PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a red-eye reducing device. SOLUTION: The red-eye reducing device is constituted of an optical member 14a, a light emitting part 14b, and a reflector 14c, the light emitting part is held by a holding member 14d, and the light emitting part holding part of the holding member comprises a slotted hole, then, the optical axis position, the tilt position, and the rotating position of the light emitting part are optionally adjusted with reference to the holding member. Besides, by photographing the constitution by a CCD camera, at least one or more positions among the position of the light emitting part in the optical axis direction, the tilt position, and the position in the rotating direction can be adjusted, then, a working efficiency in terms of an assembly is enhanced.
