PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meteorological observation device which can stabilize the posture of a radiosonde. SOLUTION: The meteorological observation device has a GPS receiving function, and is provided with the radiosonde which transmits observed meteorological data along with GPS information, and a balloon which hangs the radiosonde 2 with a hanging rope 4.
