PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing multilayered ceramic substrate by which the occurrence of defective printing of substantially formed conductor patterns can be prevented by flattening the surface of a calcined material. SOLUTION: In this method, a multilayered ceramic substrate 10 is manufactured by laminating green ceramic sheets 11, 11a, and 11b upon another after conductor patterns 12 and 12a are respectively printed on the sheets 11 and 11a and calcining the laminate. This method includes a step of printing the patterns 12 and 12a on the sheets 11 and 11a to have conductor thicknesses equivalent to or thinner than the thickness deformations of the sheets 11, 11a, and 11b, and a step of laminating the sheets 11, 11a, and 11b upon another and calcining the laminate while the laminate is pressurized.
