<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a water cooled system not requiring an antifreeze fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has a sealed circulatory cooling system including a pump 300, a heat absorber 400, and a heat radiator 500, and water and air are sealed in the circulatory cooling system. With the pump 300 at shutdown, the pump 300, absorber 400, radiator 500 are arranged to be full of air.
