PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel and a structure for arranging the same, facilitate installation of piping and wiring, and can avoid a change of an interior finishing member into a discarded material to the utmost when reform and the like are performed. SOLUTION: A bolt inserting hole 71 is formed at a prescribed place in a vertical member of a frame part 7a of the partition panel 7 in a direction orthogonal to a panel surface; and a through-hole 72 for housing a bolt head or a nut 10 is formed at a place corresponding to the hole 71 in a plaster board 7b. So to speak, the partition panel 7 is constituted in such a manner that a normal partition panel is split in two. The two partition panels 7, in which the sides of the mutual frame parts 7a are made to face each other, are coupled to a stud 5 by means of a bolt 9, which is inserted into the holes 71 and 72, and the nut 10.
