PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for transfer and reduce telephone charge providing an internal terminal device which consists of a main unit and plural subsets. SOLUTION: When calls are connected to or from outside, a telephone number of an external terminal unit detected by a partner detection part 13 and corresponding total time of speech time of each internal terminal unit are stored in a table of a various setting memory 15 at originating time and terminating time. When a call terminated from outside, if a detected telephone number of an outside terminal unit is stored in the table, ringing tone is sent to a corresponding internal terminal unit for a predetermined time. Afterwards, the ringing tone is sent to all internal terminal units. By this means, an internal terminal unit which is the most high speech frequency is called in precedence and time for transfer is reduced and the telephone charge can be reduced.
