PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable icing in a short period of time by adding a solution in broken ice by putting the broken ice in an ice can. SOLUTION: (1) The broken ice 3 by breaking pure ice is put in the ice can 2 sunk in a brine tank 1 of 10 to 15°C below zero, and the solution 4 such as water, a mineral containing dissolved liquid, a color liquid, and an odor containing liquid having various kindsspecial kinds of water quality is added in this broken ice 3 independently or by mixing these liquids, and a hardness numeric value of the ice can be freely adjusted by changing the ratio of the broken ice 3 to the solution 4. (2) The broken ice 3 is formed by independently icing the solution such as the water, the mineral containing dissolved liquid, the color liquid, and the odor containing liquid having various kinds-special kinds of water quality, or icing the solution by mixing these liquids, and the solution 4 uses pure water. (3) The ice is taken out of the ice can 2 after freezing, used by cutting or breaking the ice according to use, and preserved as ice without losing a characteristic such as natural water, best water, mountain water, seawater, deep layer water of the sea, the mineral containing water, the color water, and odorous water.
