PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thumb turn block, capable of preventing a thumb turn from being turned to be illegally unlocked even if a thumb turn unlock piece or a wire is inserted from a knob hole to directly attack the thumb turn, and to provide a thumb turn block shaped to be easily turned by the palm or the back of the hand, not by the finger by machining the outer peripheral part of the thumb turn block with high friction or using the material itself having frictional property.
