PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, safely, and efficiently tamp placed concrete and to remove placed concrete adhering to a vibration member. SOLUTION: In a concrete placing process using a form 16 for placing concrete 14 inside a tunnel 12, the vibration member 22 having a vibration part 20 arranged at the tip of a traction part 18 and formed of a material suitable for traction is arranged between the form 16 and the tunnel inside wall face 26 along the longitudinal direction of the form while its base end is attached to a hoisting mechanism 28. Then, the vibration member 22 is vibrated while being lifted and fed via the hoisting mechanism 28 after concrete is placed between the form 16 and the tunnel inside wall face 26 or when the concrete is placed, so that the vibration member 22 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the form 16 for tamping the concrete 14.
