<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated substrate for a thin film solar battery which is suitable for formation of a solar battery cell with a higher manufacturing yield and is durable in storage for a longer period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation film in which the surface roughness is adjusted to Ra: 0.02 to 0.25μm, Rmax: 0.2 to 2.5μm through dispersion of pigment particle to a heat resistant resin-coated film is formed on the surface of a metal substrate, and a protection film formed by coating a polyolefine-based carrier with an acrylic-based adhesive agent is bonded to the insulation film. As the adhesive agent, the acrylic-based adhesive agent is preferable. In this adhesive agent, the peeling adhesive force (JIS Z2307) at 180°C should be in the range of 0.02 to 0.25 N/10 mm in the initial stage where the protection film is adhered to the insulation film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
