PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for outputting information on the location of an object capable of outputting it in desired form. SOLUTION: Sensors 12A-12C are provided with both an identification code recognizing means 16 for recognizing an identification code provided for the object 10, and an identification code transmitting means 18 for transmitting locational information and the identification code to a server 14. The server is provided with an output- receiving-side storage part 28 for storing the identification code and the locational information, an output-receiving-side information receiving means 20 for receiving the identification code and output-receiving-side information, an output-receiving-side information storage means 32 for storing the identification code and the output- receiving-side information in the output-receiving-side storage part, a locational information receiving means 20 for receiving the locational information and the identification code transmitted from the sensors, an output-receiving-side retrieving means 34 for retrieving information related to the identification code received by the locational information receiving means, and a locational information outputting means 38 for outputting the locational information received by the locational information receiving means to the output receiving side of the output-receiving-side information retrieved by the output-receiving-side retrieving means.
