PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a change in color quality due to the lapse of time in a solution and to provide an oxygen indicator for indicating the same color development as the conventional oxygen indicator. SOLUTION: In the oxygen indicator, a layer containing at least an oxidation reduction coloring matter and a layer containing a reducer for at least discoloring the coloring matter are laminated on a base so that they are in contact. Additionally, in the packaging material having the oxygen indicator, a heating adhesion layer is laminated on the oxygen indicator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
