PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for easily operating data broadcasting without the need for using a remote controller and a main body key. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver including: a digital broadcast display means; a touch panel entry means integrally configured with the display means; and a means for receiving a data broadcast program and displaying the received data broadcast program on the display means, is characterized in that the digital broadcast receiver displays a data broadcast menu while displaying the digital broadcast program by a user making a contact with a touch panel for entry purpose.
