PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of improving the maximum power supplied to each heating means from a power source in the case at least one of the heating means is independently conducted and in the case where at least the one heating means is conducted at the same time as another heating means. SOLUTION: In constant voltage output circuits 102a and 102b, predetermined voltage values for voltages which are applied to the heaters 13a and 13b from the power source VCC are set so that the total amounts of power supplied to the heaters 13a and 13b from the heat source VCC are the same in the case where the heater 13a is independently conducted and in the case where the heater 13a is conducted at the same time as the heater 13b.
