PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-isolating fireproof structure which can offer higher sound-insulating properties while maintaining adequate fire resistance. SOLUTION: This sound-isolating fireproof structure is equipped with: a column 103 or a beam 105, which is composed of steel-framed materials 3a and 5a and a fireproof covering plate 111 provided around the materials 3a and 5a; and a partition wall 107 which is connected with the plate 111, and has the sound-insulating properties and the fire resistance. In the plate 111, an elastic fireproof covering material 115 is inserted into a part corresponding to a part within a range of the thickness of the partition wall 107 in a part between the materials 3a and 5a and the partition wall 107. The plate 111 is mounted on the material 115 in such a manner as to butt against the material 115. Preferably, the material 115 is elongated at least over the thickness of the plate 111.
