PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure capable of securely preventing water leakage and mounting an inspection cover or the like, even onto an existing waterproof pan. SOLUTION: In a structure in which an inspection hole cover 4 or the like mounted is mounted through a screw 5, a plug hole 2 is penetratingly formed in the waterproof pan 1. An anchor plug 3 closed at the front end is watertightly inserted into the plug hole 2, and a screw 5 having a length which does not penetrate the front end of the anchor plug 3, is driven in the anchor plug 3, and the inspection hole cover 4 is attached to the waterproof pan 1.
